Sometimes When You're a Comedy Writer...

...and you can't seem to think of how you want to write something, and you become stuck on thinking about little things and then you decide instead to watch an episode of the Sopranos on DVD and order a pizza and then the next day comes and you don't absolutely have to bring a sketch to your writer's meeting that night but you know that you probably should because you didn't write anything last time because you decided instead to watch Sopranos on DVD and order a pizza and you're sitting there at your computer during your lunch hour staring at that blank Word document...

...sometimes, you just have to write something and hope that there's something - anything - redeeming in the big steaming pile you may or may not have just heaped onto five previously innocent pages.

So we'll see how that works out.

I miss you, Geoff Crump. More than you could ever possibly know.
